The Ritual:
Yoni steaming is a sacred and ancient self-care ritual, and a way to connect to and support your womb space and root chakra.
This blend is specifically formulated for your transition to wise crone woman with herbs that reduce inflammation, improve circulation, balance hormones and increase moisture.
Energetically, yoni steaming can open and align the root chakra, release and heal stored or stuck emotions or trauma, improve your sense of groundedness and increase creativity and life force energy flow (prana/chi).
Use:
Add up to 1/4 cup of herbs directly (or put herbs in a muslin tea bag or tea Infuser) to 1-2 liter(s) of boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Take water off of heat and position under your yoni using 2 chairs, a yoni steam box or pour directly into yoni steam seat.
Most importantly - do not sit until steam is warm, not hot! Repeating for good measure - do not sit until steam has cooled down and is warm - NOT HOT!!
Sit and drape legs with a towel or blanket. Steam for 10-30 minutes. After steaming - hydrate and rest. It's best to steam once or twice a month.
Do not steam while bleeding or if you are or might be pregnant.
