Fennel Tincture

Uses:

Fennel supports healthy digestion, eases gas and bloating and helps to regulate blood sugar. Fennel is Antiviral, antimicrobial and antioxidant.

For centuries Fennel Seeds have been used by many cultures as a digestive aid served after meals to support gas and bloating, nourishing the brain and calming the spirit by soothing the gut. Ayurveda considers fennel seed to balance all three doshas. It's energetically neutral to slightly warming.

This tincture is extracted with high quality organic vodka. Alcohol allows for the most effective extraction of plant properties while preserving the herbal preparation much longer than water or glycerin extraction methods.

Ingredients:

Organic Dried Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Organic Gluten Free Vodka (80 proof)

Direction:

Use up to 1 dropperful (1ml) under tongue or in water, juice or tea 1-4 times per day after meals. Shake well before using.
