Nettle Tincture

Uses:

Nettle tincture is an antihistamine and anti-inflammatory support for hay fever, seasonal allergies, stuffy nose, sinusitis and overall immune support. Nettle is high in amino acids, vitamins A, C and K and bone-building minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. 

Nettle has been used for generations to support painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis, sciatica, gout, anemia and prostate issues.

In Ayurvedic medicine, nettle is cooling and drying and serves as a nourishing and rejuvenating tonic, particularly for the kidneys and adrenals. It balances all three doshas.

This tincture is extracted with high quality organic vodka. Alcohol allows for the most effective extraction of plant properties while preserving the herbal preparation much longer than water or glycerin extraction methods.

Ingredients:

Organic Nettle (Urtica Dioica), Organic Gluten Free Vodka (80 proof)

Direction:

Use up to 3 dropperfuls (1ml) under tongue or in water, juice or tea 1-3 times per day. Shake well before using.
