With a professional mic on my side and headphones on yours, an online sound healing can be a great way to pause and tune into your heart and body from the comfort of your own home. During the session, I'll using a variety of sound healing techniques and instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shaman drum, crystal healing bowls and more. The therapeutic vibrations produced by the instruments promote balance, calmness, and well-being by harmonizing the body's energy centers. We'll start with a short compassionate exchange to surface any challenges that need attention and intention, then I will help guide you to focus on your breath, letting go of tension and stress, deepening your connection and fostering self-awareness, healing, relaxation and mindfulness.
