Womb/Hara Clearing

The womb space, or hara for men, is the gateway to creativity, vitality, powerful life force, passion, expression, emotion and wisdom. This womb clearing is a guided meditation that brings forward the intention to sit with and hold with gratitude any energy that is not serving our highest good and then clear away any stuck energy in this space and make way for new creation and inspiration to be born here. Open to all bodies and gender expressions.
