During the session, you will be invited to lie down and allow the sounds to wash over you, inducing a meditative state that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or cushion to ensure a comfortable experience. I will bring the entire experience to wherever you wish to host.
